What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in Neurological Occupational Therapy, with expertise in areas such as brain injury, stroke, neurology, neurosurgery and neurorehabilitation.
- A track record of leadership and working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- A passion for knowledge-sharing to support the best client outcomes.
- Competence in outcome measures and goal-setting tools.
- A willingness to develop an understanding of civil law and personal injury processes.

We are looking for passionate Rehabilitation Assistants to join our dynamic neurorehabilitation team, working directly in client’s homes and communities across the region.
This isn’t your typical job – you’ll be out and about, assisting people with neurological conditions rebuild their independence and get back to doing the things they love. Working alongside our experienced Occupational Therapists, you’ll deliver personalised rehabilitation programs that genuinely change lives, whether that’s helping someone re-learn to cook their favourite meal, regain confidence in their mobility, or achieve their goal of returning to work. We don’t say no, we say how.

About the Role
As a Self-Employed Associate, you will:
- Work hands on with clients who have experienced neurological injuries, delivering tailored therapy interventions under expert supervision.
- Help people rediscover their independence through practicing daily living skills.
- Track and celebrate client progress, keeping detailed records and sharing insights with your supervising therapists.
- Work flexibly—managing your own caseload and schedule while receiving expert clinical support when needed.
- Connect with clients, families, and team members through various methods – face-to-face visits, phone calls, emails, and video calls.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the client’s close-knit rehab team
What You’ll Bring
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent (including those working toward Allied Health Professional degrees)
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle – you’ll be our community champion on the road!
- Experience working with adults with disabilities, neurological conditions, or in rehabilitation settings
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and how to keep everyone safe
- Proven ability to connect with people from all walks of life and build genuine rapport
- Hands-on experience supporting people with daily living activities
- Solid grasp of health and safety principles in healthcare environments
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
